Term contract for landscape maintenance of medians, roundabouts, rights-of-way (ROW) and dry / wet retention ponds at various County locations for Palm Beach County. All work areas for the roadways listed on the response pages shall be considered to have boundaries of ROW of one side of the road, including the median, to the ROW for the other side of the road, unless designated as median only or as a retention pond. Dry retention pond limits shall be considered to have boundaries of ROW / adjacent property line to ROW / adjacent property line inclusive of the retention pond bottom. Wet retention pond limits shall be considered to have boundaries of ROW / adjacent property line to ROW / adjacent property line to the water’s edge exclusive of the water body portion of the wet retention. All mileage figures for roadways are estimates.
