| Description | AS of August 25, 2022, the project was not awarded. The Orland Fire Protection District is requesting bids for the installation of concrete footings at the District training site (10728 W. 163rd Place). No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the District for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in proposing and to disregard all non-conforming, conditional or counter bids. Bidders must comply with all provisions of State of Illinois and federal laws concerning public works projects including but not limited to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the State of Illinois Human Rights Act and the regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. |
