Harrison Street Playground Improvements

This project consists of (between base bid and alternate bid items) removal of existing asphalt court area and select fencing, construction / reconstruction of drainage improvements, construction of a Futsal Court consisting of hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement work over properly prepared subgrade in order to create a dimensionally desirable/smooth court play surface, installation of a court color coating system, futsal goals, fencing at/around new futsal court surface, select fence replacements around playground if/as awarded, select landscape features if/as awarded, and select amenities.
