Description Provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a Pole Barn at the Public Works Yard in Orange City. The Pole Barn will extend the workshop at the Public Works building located at 1100 S. Thorpe Avenue, Orange City northward by adding a canopy. Due to the size of the current vehicle workshop all large vehicle maintenance and repairs have to be accomplished outdoors and exposed to the elements.
