Water Main And Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The project work consists of constructing an 8-inch water main along the limits of the project, including all associated service connections, side street tees, cut in sleeves, valves, hydrants, relevant curb & gutter and sidewalk removal & replacement, and minor landscape restoration with topsoil and sod. The work includes construction of new 8” sanitary main and 6” sanitary service line on Lauretta Place. The water main and sewer main will be constructed using both open trenching and boring methods. The work includes construction of new concrete curb and gutter on St Johns Ave. with slight centerline alignment shift to the west of 1.5 feet. The project work includes Sidewalk Removal & Replacement at various locations throughout the project limits. This project will also include patching all affected pavement from construction of the new main, and roadway resurfacing along the affected limits of Lauretta Place and St. Johns Avenue.
