East Monroe Street and Industrial Park Drainage/Roadway Improvements

Bids are requested for the following Contract: East Monroe Street and Industrial Park Drainage/Roadway Improvements, SFY 2021-2022 TR/CHIPS/PAVE NY/EWR. The Project includes the following Work: Paving, isolated pavement re-construction areas, milling and filling approximately 4,850 linear feet of East Monroe Street and Industrial Park, 5 catch basins, selective demolition, approximately 2,480 linear feet of concrete gutter, 12 single aisle ADA compliant handicap ramps and associated work. Portions of the work have a November 18, 2021 substantially complete deadline (East Monroe) except the 12 handicap ramps and the remaining work having a substantially complete deadline of June 21, 2022 (Industrial Park and East Monroe handicap ramps). The City of Little Falls DPW will provide trucking (three (3)) for asphalt millings and take possession of milling materials for future work.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
