| Description | Tear off existing 3-tab shingles. Remove old brick chimney below the roof line. Patch hole from chimney, blending in with existing sheathing. Sleeve new liner through old chimney to the basement water heater and furnace. Support the new solid flu going through the roof and install weather guard cap. Install ice and snow guard and water barrier over the roof per building code. Install new 30-year architectural shingles with new 2” roof edge. Clean out the debris in gutters after roof is completed. Building permits required. |
