| Description | Construction and installation of an electrical duct bank system for Duke Energy and the conduit systems for the affected utilities such as Charter, AT and T, Leve l3, Duke Communication, and City's IT. The Duke duct bank system shall consist of 15-way concrete encased duct bank, 6-way concrete encased duct bank, 4-way encased duct bank, 2-way concrete encased duct bank, 1-way concrete encased duct bank, Duke octagonal 10x10 manholes, handholes and vaults, electrical pit-pad for transformers and switch gears. The communication conduit systems for the affected utilities shall consist of 4-inch and 2-inch conduits, vaults and handholes. The linear footage of the conduits and duct bank are listed on the schedule of values. Incidental demolitions, disposal and restoration of existing curb, asphalt and concrete pavement and sidewalk will be part of the duct bank and conduits installation work. |
