| Description | The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform road maintenance on Delta Ranger Districts, National Forest roads in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) specifications, exhibits, and industry standards. See Attachment 1. Contractor is responsible for ensuring all equipment meets State, Federal, and Local Laws. Services shall be provided on any of the Forest Service roads managed by the Ranger District for which this contract applies. Specific roads and tasks will be detailed on individual Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and Task Orders. District maps showing road locations, for the projects on awarded task orders, may be obtained at the individual District Ranger Office. |
