Description

The project consists of the construction of a storm drainpipe system to improve drainage at Bonaire Park in the City of San Leandro. The project includes installation of 10” PVC pipe, cleanouts and storm water field inlet. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to perform the work. Provide survey stakes for the horizontal and vertical alignment of 10” storm drainpipe based on information noted on the plans provided. Acquire approval from City representative prior to start of work. Install 10” PVC pipe by open cut excavation starting from existing storm drainpipe to new field inlet using a minimum slope of one percent and install two cleanouts 100’ apart.
