Description

The project scope includes the new construction of a 7,663-square-foot building, a 7,651-square-foot building and eight 12,118-square-foot buildings on 8.86 acres. As of July 22, 2022 the project is in planning stage. A building permit application has not been submitted to the City of Rogers. The city Planning Commission approved a large scale development plan on October 5, 2021. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
