High Desert Self Storage

The project scope includes the new construction of eight buildings on 2.63 acres. As of March 8, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking final order approval from the Santa Fe County Planning Commission. A meeting was held February 17, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but may begin in the summer of 2022.
