Reroofing, Siding and Porches at Development

The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development SC019-001: Roofing at garage building, exterior renovations and roofing at maintenance and office buildings. 2. Development SC019-002: New project sign, reroofing with new fiberglass shingles, replacement of existing siding with new vinyl siding, new cultured stone below existing windows, new front porches, porch lights and sidewalks as shown on the drawings Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570 The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bid
