Description

The objective of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is for the University of Maryland, Baltimore (herein referred to as "the University") to select a qualified Masonry Contractor who will also act as the General Contractor (GC) for the University of Maryland Baltimore Health Sciences Facility II Building (HSF II) Facade Structural Repairs project. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of cleaning the exterior of the building, masonry repointing, masonry repairs, joint replacements and an allowance for a roof/window repair.
