3N Scope Reprocessing

Project provides for the demolition and reconstruction of an approximately four hundred square foot sterile processing suite. The work shall include the removal of all room finishes, the demising wall between the two rooms, re-configuration of the spaces to accommodate the installation of new owner-furnished decontamination, washing and disinfecting equipment including modification of existing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems as required for a completely operational sterile scope processing suite. The work is located on the third floor of an existing operating hospital and is subject to the facility’s policies for infection control, life safety and procedures governing construction related activities. Goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% Female Labor Force and 10% Minority Labor Force of total work force on the project.
