As of November 28, 2022, all bids for this project have been rejected. The project is expected to be rebid once the City of Medicine secures funding, it is not expected to be rebid prior to Fall of 2023. Major quantities for the Work include: Description Quantity Unit Common Excavation 4,306 CY Subgrade Excavation 3,178 CY Select Granular Embankment 3,178 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 12,582 CY Full Depth Reclamation 18,757 CY SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3;B) 2,497 TON SP 9.5 Non-Wearing Course Mix (3;B) 2,497 TON 6" PVC Sanitary Sewer Forcemain 830 LF 8" PVC Watermain 5,785 LF 8" PVC Watermain (Directionally Drilled) 1,590 LF Sewer Lateral Cleaning & CCTC Inspection 13,000 LF CIPPLL 580 LF Sewer Structure Point Repair by Grout 480 GAL Vehicle Speed Feedback Signs 4 EA Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. The City of Medicine Lake reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Medicine Lake.
