| Description | The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to replace existing constant volume type heating and ventilating units with new variable air volume type energy recovery units. Replace existing relief air propeller fans and louvers with new. Provide new carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and static pressure sensors with monitoring stations. Upgrade existing BMS system to incorporate all new and existing equipment. Provide all plumbing work as required. Provide all related roof work and structural supports, dunnage and accessories. Provide all required power upgrades, wiring and controls for the new system. |
