| Description | The Village of Riverdale is requesting proposals/qualifications from interested and qualified developers for the implementation of a Residential Property Rehabilitation Program within the Village of Riverdale. Any developer who is interested in purchasing and rehabbing residential properties within the Village is invited to submit qualifications. The Village will evaluate all submissions and create a list of Qualified Developers, who will then be given the opportunity to purchase and rehabilitate certain properties. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
