Sidewalk Improvements on 13th Avenue (Lamar Street West) and Wadsworth Boulevard (Mansfield Avenue South)

This work consists of the preparation of engineer certified retaining wall plans approved by the City of Lakewood and CDOT. The Retaining Wall design shall conform to the Retaining Wall Design criteria in the City of Lakewood Engineering Regulations, Construction Specifications and Design Standards, dated September 1986 (updated through October 2007). This work also consists of the construction of approved Gravity Block or Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) Walls.
