Description

The selected WZTC Subcontractor(s) will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment for the Work Zone Traffic Control for the retaining wall inspections located throughout Kings, Richmond and New York Counties in New York City in the State of New York. The required traffic control will assist HNTB and New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) personnel, or their authorized designee, with the inspection of 121 walls. WZTC shall be performed as described and in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the NYS Supplement, the NYSDOT Work Zone Traffic Control Manual, NYS Standard Specifications 619, 729 and 730, as appropriate, Engineering Directives (ED), Engineering Instructions (EI), Engineering Bulletins (EB), NYSDOT 619 WZTC Standard Sheets, NYSDOT Safety Manual, NYSDOT Safety Bulletins, and Traffic Safety & Mobility Instructions
