Proposers who attend the closing will be informed only of the names of the proposers submitting proposals. No other information will be made available at this time. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. Proposals that do not meet the response requirements may not be considered by David Douglas School District. No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the bid contains a statement as to whether the Proposer is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120.
