The Illinois Department of Natural Resources requires the services of suitably qualified Vendors to properly perform plugging and restoration work on multiple sites in Adams, Brown, Hancock, McDonough, Pike and Schuyler Counties, Illinois. See Notice of Electronic Submissions Only attachment. Rotary Rig - TRANSPORTATION: Rig mileage will be paid for one round trip only. The mileage cost shall be for the shortest distance along U.
