(Public Notice) NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ISSUED BY THE INDIANAPOLIS METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION FOR TRAIL ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT PLAN, EDUCATION AND ENGAGEMENT SERVICES, CENTRAL INDIANA HOUSING STUDY, AND INTERSECTION SAFETY STUDIES. Notice is hereby given that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization will be releasing Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Trail Oriented Development Plan to be released on October 17 at 10am ET with the final proposal package due October 31 at 3pm ET, education and engagement services to be released on September 30 10am ET with the final proposal package due on October 14 at 3pm ET, a Central Indiana Housing Study to be released on September 30 10am ET with the final proposal package due on October 14 at 3pm ET, and Intersection Safety Studies to be released on October 10 at 10am ET and due October 28 at 3pm ET.
