A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Scope : The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications reviewed and/or prepared by Ryan E. Cummins, City Engineer and in these Contract Documents referred to as the Engineer which Plans and Specifications are made a part of this Contract, and in compliance with the Contractor's Proposal and the other Contract Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract; and the Contractor shall do everything required by the Contract and the other Documents constituting a part hereof Contractor will be assessed Liquidated Damages in the amount of $500 per day |
