Description

To demo a 380sf tile floor and apply a Sherwin-Williams FasTop Multi Top floor SL23 product to the Chestnut Hill Library basement kitchen. A primer is not required. Installation must follow the attached guidance and contractor has to be approved by Sherwin Williams to apply this product. Another contractor will install a new floor over the FasTop product. The demo of the tile floor entails removing two layers of 12" and 9" tile - the tile has been been tested for Asbestos and is negative.
