McAdory Storm Shelter II Project

The project consists of, but is not limited to: The work includes, but is not limited to providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and services to construct a community storm shelter, including: CDBG project sign, erosion control measures; clearing, grubbing, and disposal of all debris; water line, backflow preventer, sanitary lateral and connection to the existing on-site disposal system trash tank located north of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Substation Parking Lot; an approximately 1,109 S.F. ICC 500 storm shelter facility (1,416 S.F. building total) ; concrete sidewalk; one (1) 6,600 sq.ft. asphalt parking lot and 233 ft. access road, painted striping; site restoration; muck-out of an existing storm water BMP located north of the site; and other minor miscellaneous site work.
