2021 Concrete and Alleyway Maintenance Program Project

The Project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site activities including; 1) Staging and mobilization; 2) Surveying and design; 3) Traffic control; 4) Potholing for utilities in work area; 5) Coordination with utility, trash service and material testing companies as well as notification of affected parties; 6) Demolition and removal of existing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, crosspans, driveway ramps or other areas determined to be in need of repair; 7) Earthwork including excavation, import, haul, placing, and compaction of materials as necessary to construct the project; 8) Installation of concrete alleyway; 9) Replacement of all concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, crosspans, driveway ramps or other areas determined to be in need of repair; 10) Miscellaneous appurtenances as prescribed in special provisions.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
