Choppee Window Replacement Project-Phase 1

Georgetown County is seeking sealed bids for replacement of the front windows of the Choppee Health Complex located at 8189 Choppee Rd., Georgetown, SC 29440. The windows are to be hurricane impact window frames (bronze) with 1 5/16 Low E Insulated Impact Glass. Bidder must conduct their own site visit and verify measurements before bidding. Scope of Work The project scope of work for the Choppee Window Replacement Project-Phase 1 includes the replacement of the windows and frames in the front of the medical & magistrate sections of the Georgetown County Choppee Health Complex located at 8189 Choppee Rd., Georgetown, SC 29440. The work consists of the front windows facing Choppee Road as seen in the attached Exhibits A and B. The windows are to be hurricane impact window frames (bronze) with 1 5/16 Low E Insulated Impact Glass. Due to escalated market costs, the County has reduced the size of this project. However, should the project come under budget, the County shall have the ability to add on additional windows as funding allows. Bidder is expected to conduct their own site visit as listed below and verify measurements before bidding.
