RFQ - On-Call Consulting Services for General Engineering Services

General Engineering Services typically involve studies, new construction, upgrades, extensions, rehabilitations or other modifications. Typical projects include (but are not limited to) grading, drainage improvements, traffic studies, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), surveying, structural engineering (i.e. special inspections, structural ratings, bridge and minor building structural designs), and various other miscellaneous engineering services to support the City of Mesa's capital improvement project program. The City of Mesa reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received. No binding contract will exist between the submitter and the City until the City executes a written contract. The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
