Description

The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified firm(s) to provide the City with water and wastewater engineering design and consultant services on an on-call, as needed basis. Each firm submitting qualification statements must be lawfully engaged in the practice of Professional Engineering in the State of New Hampshire within the specific disciplines requested herein. Prequalified Consulting Engineer by the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) for water and wastewater projects It is the intent of the CITY to select no less than two (2) firms to provide on-call engineering design and consultant services for various projects within the CITY's capital improvement program including water treatment, supply, and distribution projects, as well as sanitary sewer treatment and collection system projects. The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified firm(s) to provide the City with water and wastewater engineering design and consultant services on an on-call, as needed basis. Each firm submitting qualification statements must be lawfully engaged in the practice of Professional Engineering in the State of New Hampshire within the specific disciplines requested herein. In addition, qualified firms must be listed as a Prequalified Consulting Engineer by the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) for water and wastewater projects. An overview and detailed specifications are provided later in the Request for Qualifications and Experience (RFQU&E). The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Experience, or any part thereof; to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the statement; to accept the statement considered to be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so. Failure to submit all information as detailed on the Qualification Submission Checklist and/or submission of an incomplete or inaccurate qualification statement are sufficient reasons to declare a statement as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
