Streetlight Improvements

Provide all materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, incidentals and labor to provide approximately .05 miles of street lighting improvements in the following areas: 1. US Route 1-Richmond Highway from 33rd Street to south Glebe Road and Crystal Drive from 33rd Street to 35th Street South; 2. Washington Boulevard from Clarendon Boulevard to North Highland Street from Washington Boulevard to Clarendon Boulevard. Work shall include, but not limited to, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), boring, trenching, installation of conduits, fittings, junction boxes, pole foundations, pole settings, roadway, sidewalk, curb, gutter restoration, installation of street lighting electrical systems, erection of street light poles, LED luminaires equipped with communication units. Work shall also include removal of existing streetlight poles, foundations and all other incidental Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for staking, verification of existing Right-of-Ways’ (ROW) prior to light pole installations, foundations and street light infrastructure.
