Harbor Estates/Linden Street Neighborhood Restoration

The Harbor Estates/Linden Street Neighborhood Restoration project includes the restoration of neighborhood drainage infrastructure and construction of low-pressure force main in the SW Gaines Avenue corridor that includes the Harbor Estates and Linden Street neighborhoods, Martin County, FL. The scope of work includes removal of existing CMP and HDPE pipes, removal of select drainage structures, installation of new RCP pipes and drainage structures, roadway open cut trench repair, swale regrading, concrete and asphalt driveway removal and reconstruction, concrete sidewalk construction, asphalt pavement construction, desilting of culverts, updating of roadway signage, directional drilling of HDPE force main, and other incidental work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. Allowances have been included in the Bid/Contract for potential utility conflict resolutions and landscape restoration, as needed.
