Description

This Request for Proposal provides detailed information and requirements to be followed in providing elevator maintenance to the following: The building for which service will be provided: Utah State Developmental Center located at, 895 North 900 East, American Fork, Utah It is the intent of this contract to enter into a five (5) year agreement to provide the Division of Facility Construction and Management with first class elevator maintenance service and support, maintaining the elevators in top condition, etc. All materials submitted become the property of the state of Utah. Materials may be evaluated by anyone designated by the state as part of the proposal evaluation committee. Materials submitted may be returned only at the States option Question Submission Close Date 12/19/2022 5:00 PM MST
