Mowing and Maintenance Services

The Village of Addison is seeking bids for the 2023 Mowing and Maintenance Services throughout the Village of Addison To contract mowing and landscaping maintenance services throughout the Village of Addison. This work shall include weekly, bi- monthly and monthly mowing areas, horticultural maintenance, and miscellaneous work items. These services will be required between April 1 and October 31, for a total of seven months. The term of contract shall be for one year, with the ability to extend the contract for two additional one year periods, based on adequate performance and a negotiated cost escalator All bids must be submitted on the forms provided and returned in a sealed envelope. The self-addressed label provided with the bid document must be affixed to the outside of the sealed envelope. The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous.
