**As of February 13, 2023, project was awarded to P.H. PHASE 2 WORK includes 50 units Tree Removal (6 to 15 Units Diameter) 48 units Stump Removal Only 620 ton Aggregate Base Course 26 ton Aggregate Surface Course 395 pound Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat) 150 ton Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course 150 ton Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course 51 sq yd Portland Cement Concrete Driveway Pavement 379 foot Concrete Gutter (Special) 2,488 sq ft Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalk 574 sq ft Sidewalk Removal 0.3 acre Seeding, Class 1 (Special) 1 lump sum Trafic Control and Protection, (Special) Various other items to complete the work. Attention is called to the fact that only bid proposals that cover ALL THE WORK will be accepted and read aloud by the Village. Partial bids will not be accepted. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by data suficient for the Village to evaluate the bidders qualiications to do the work, including but not limited to a list of 3 projects for units of government similar in size, cost, and scope in which the Bidder was the prime contractor and completed in the past 5 years. References for such projects, including name, position, phone number and if available, e-mail address, shall also be provided with the proposal. Failure to supply the project information will be considered an incomplete bid proposal and withdrawn from consideration. Attention is called to the fact that this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Law. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Furthermore, this contract is available to minority and women contractors. Bidders shall actively solicit minority and women subcontractors and shall maintain records of their solicitation process. Attention is called to the fact that this project is subject to the Public Construction Bond Act, 30 ILCS 550/1, and the successful bidder shall be required to provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of the contract in such form and manner as required by that Act. A certiied check or bank draft, payable to the Village of Williamsville, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid for each Contract.
