Replace Pneumatics with Digital Direct Control

Project Title: Replace Pneumatics with Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Project Number: 546-16-103 Project Magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204 between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 This solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 - Trade-Off Process. This acquisition is a 100% Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Those companies submitting a proposal will be verified for SDVOSB status at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov. Miami VA Medical Center is a smoke free facility. Contractors, to enter the Medical Center you must have a picture ID. All contractors are required to wear a face mask in accordance with C DC Guidelines. Prior to entering the medical center all contractors will be screened in accordance with C DC Guideline. The VA will NOT provide any PPE. Funds are not currently available for this procurement. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
