| Description | 1. Replace carpeting on the second floor of the Library. This includes small conference room, 2 small study rooms, 1 office and a large meeting room. 2. Carpeted areas to use Core Elements carpet tile, or equivalent quality, color TDB by Library Staff. 3. Order extra carpet tiles to use as replacements in the future to ensure continuity. 4. Small area of meeting room, kitchen, 3 restrooms, with vinyl tile flooring to be replaced by Luxury Vinyl Plank. 5. All Cove Base to be replaced or added as necessary with 4-inch vinyl cove base, color TBD by Library Staff. 6. Remove and Replace approximately 25 pieces of movable (tables, desks, bookcases) furniture (Library shelving to remain in place). 7. Removal from floor and premises of old tile and carpeting. |
