Neshoba County School District Pavement Maintenance - Parking Area

The Work consists of cold milling of existing surfacing, base repairs, leveling, hot mix asphalt overlay, and striping on access roads and parking areas on the campus of the Neshoba County School District (Neshoba Central). Sealed bids or electronic bid Contract Time: 25 Working Days Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Neshoba County School District must accompany each proposal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of execution No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Within the limitation of the state law, the Neshoba County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid that is deemed most favorable to the Neshoba County School District.
