RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) Public Health and Environmental Lab

Work will include site work, building construction including but not limited to foundations, structure, MEP, interior and exterior finishes, and landscaping for a complete and functional facility. This will include a BSL3 lab, the CM@R should be Knowledgeable with BSL3 technology and safety. Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
