Roof Replacement - Tear off all existing shingles. Provide and install new 7/16' OSB over the existing decking. Provide ice and water shield at minimum of 3 feet wide at all roof edges and valleys. Provide and install synthetic underlayment, metal drip and edge flashing required. Install new roof vents per code. Provide all necessary flashings and 30 year dimensional shingles at a minimum. Color of shingles to be determine by property owner. Follow manufacturer's specification. 2 Siding Replacement - Remove and properly dispose of the existing cedar siding on the dormer/gable. Install house wrap over sheathing following manufacturer's instructions. Provide and install insulation board if necessary and install new vinyl siding. Follow manufacturer's specification. Color of siding to be determine by property owner. 3 Basement Windows - Provide and install new glass block windows 4 Entrance Door - Remove and properly dispose of the existing side door, jamb, interior casing and threshold. Supply and install a new pre-hung exterior entrance door, with small window, measure to fit existing opening, primed and finish coat ready. 5 Storm Door - Supply and install new storm door on the side entrance. 6 Guardrails and Handrails - Front porch - Metal Paint - Prepare, prime and paint black.
