Description | Project was awarded to Diversified in the amount of $148,593.86. This is a Public Improvement Project, requiring compliance with all provisions of ORS 279. Tour: The tour will last about 1 hour. City staff will be there to provide input or answer questions as well. Any questions will be recorded and a written re-cap will be provided (via e-mail) to all potential bidders. Any questions not asked during the time of the tour about the RFP or the process must be submitted IN WRITING ONLY, email is acceptable, to kgearhart@maccor.org. All submitted questions and answers will be provided via email to all potential bidders--not just those who submit the question(s). To attend the tour, you must register with Jonathan Kaufman at Jkaufman@maccor.org The Metropolitan Area Communications Commission ("MACC") is a public governmental service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon Chapter 190, and is located at 15201 N.W. Greenbrier Parkway, Ste. C-1, Beaverton, OR 97006. MACC also maintains a second facility, known as Tualatin Valley Community Television ("TVCTV"), located at the same address. TVCTV, as a division of MACC, provides services related to public television. Within this document, MACC and TVCTV mean one and the same. MACC is requesting proposals for: Qualified vendors to furnish and install professional grade AUDIO/VIDEO equipment as indicated herein. Proposal responses must address all aspects of installations and systems test with current broadcast equipment. Proposers, by submitting a proposal, thereby agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. MACC intends to determine a winning proposal no later than August 19th, 2022 at which time Proposers will be notified. MACC will then enter into a standard Personal Services Contract using the MACC form as approved previously by MACC's legal counsel. |
