Manakiki Clubhouse Shake Roof Replacement

Tear-off of existing wood shakes and all associated flashings and underlayment down to existing wood sheathing, inspect entire roof deck areas for damaged or decaying wood, any wood identified as damaged or decaying shall be replaced following written approval of Cleveland Metroparks Project Manager, install new galvanized drip edge, install new valley flashing, install ice and watershield up 6’ on all eve edges and in all valleys, install Titanium synthetic underlayment over entire roof deck, install selected roof system per contract, install new box vents (8”x8”) in existing box vent locations, install pipe boot flashings on all pipes, install custom galvanized flashings on all vertical intersections. In addition, contractor shall provide and maintain protective cover over all exterior landscaping and all structures on or around area of work, provide and maintain an 8’ wide x 13’ long protective walkway out from building at main building entry and pro shop entry. Contractor shall remove all roofing debris from property at the completion of the project, or as needed throughout the scheduled work. Project site cleanup shall be completed daily and as needed to provide a safe public environment throughout the project.
