Sewer Main and Lateral Lines Replacement

Brief Project Description: Digging, and removal and replacement of the sewer laterals in specified locations and alleys of Town of Mounds owned property or easements. Removal of old clay lines and disposal of debris, and replacing with new PVC lines and service line connections to existing services or stubbing out to vacant lots, back filling and clean up, a leveling of dirt work. Will require minimal saw cutting of existing asphalt, pavement, and replacement Each Bidder shall accompany his original bid with a certified or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma or a Bidder's Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of bid, and the same will be retained by the County on behalf of the Town until the successful bidder has entered into a written contract with the Owner and a satisfactory performance bond has been furnished.n, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding.
