| Description | Seeking to establish a Agency Master Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services to provide Professional Fiber Engineering Services throughout the State in accordance with the Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (QBS). 30 ILCS 535 Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06. The Qualification Based Selection (QBS) will solicit Outside Plant Engineering, Design and Project Management for the State of Illiois Long Haul Fiber-Optic Network and Customer Build Outs.
