Description

The work consists of: Remodeling of former Gathering Room into new 911 Dispatch center including removal of ceiling tiles, lighting and ceiling fans and installation of partition wall, door modifications, intermediate ceiling grid, new tiles, painting, lighting and power including generator, automatic transfer switches and new panelboard, conduits and wiring. Work also includes electrical upgrades to several locations throughout the building for vending and equipment power and expansion of the current residential style laundry area by removing existing base cabinets, countertop and sink and modify current electrical, plumbing and venting to add one additional washer and dryer with gypsum board repairs, new flooring and painting
