Upper Conduit Repair - Construction Phase 1

The Work for the Upper Conduit Repair Project includes the following elements: 1. Phase 1 – Rehabilitation of approximately 1,600 lineal feet of 48-inch Concrete Cylinder Pipe with 42-inch HDPE pipe via slip lining, grout of the annular space between the new pipe and host pipe, connection to existing pipe at project termination(s), and appurtenant work. 2. Phase 2 – rehabilitation of approximately 2,200 lineal feet of 48-inch Concrete Cylinder Pipe via: Tight fit HDPE, or slip line HDPE. 3. Phase 3 – rehabilitation of approximately 1,200 lineal feet of 48-inch Concrete Cylinder Pipe via: CFRP, CIPP, or slip line HDPE. 4. Phase 4 – rehabilitation of approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 48-inch Concrete Cylinder Pipe via: Tight fit HDPE, slip line HDPE. All Phases also include the following appurtenant work elements: 1. Construction of vault and yard piping improvements, and connections to existing piping. 2. Excavation to construct the new manway/control vaults; backfill and grading; access road and site improvements. 3. Construction of instrumentation and controls. 4. Site landscape restoration.
