Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/16/2022 02:00:00 PM (ET) Those who join the public bid opening after 1pm may not hear all the responses read aloud but all responses will be posted publicly for viewing as soon as they become available. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. Delivery per location listed on each line. Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent. Any manufacturers' names, trade names, brand names, or catalog numbers used in the specification are for establishing and describing general performance and quality levels. The references are not intended to be restrictive, and bids are invited on these and comparable brands or products of any manufacturer. Responders must include alternate brand specifications for purposes of comparison to approved brands based on the same or higher level of performance. One contract will be awarded for all items. Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
