The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company, or corporation interested in providing the following: For the purchase of and turnkey setup required to get a certificate of occupation for the following: • 1 Bedroom - 1 bath mobile home – (Not greater than 600 sf) • 1 Bedroom - 1 bath modular home– (Not greater than 600 sf) • 2 Bedroom - 2 bath mobile home– (Not greater than 1,000 sf) – Bedrooms and Bathrooms at opposite ends of each other. • 2 Bedroom - 2 bath modular home – (Not greater than 1,000 sf) – Bedrooms and Bathrooms at opposite ends of each other. • 3 Bedroom - 2 bath mobile home– (Not greater than 1,200 sf) • 4 Bedroom - 2 bath mobile home– (Not greater than 1,400 sf)

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation.
Division 08 -	Openings, Wood Doors, Plastic Doors, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Carpeting, Painting.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Residential Equipment.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Fabricated Engineered Structures, Fabricated Structures.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
