| Description | This estimated budget of 2.5M is over a 5 year period of time. This is an indefinite quantity contract -- Liquid asphalt in the repair, maintenance, and construction of asphalt streets, including pavements, potholes, utility patches, and street paving. CDOT requires a local pickup facility within Mecklenburg County due to material storage requirements. Local pickup provides the flexibility to secure small and large quantities of materials as needed. Contract for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of the Products and Services and in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB. The Company must be able to meet Charlotte Department of Transportation, Street Maintenance Division needs for the delivery, pick up and pumping of CRS-2, CRS-2L and CRS-1 liquid asphalt. Unit pricing shall include all transportation, pump, hose, and tank drop charges in the bid price. |
