Agency Contract for Door Maintenance

Scope: Contractor to provide door repairs, inspections and maintenance services on a routine and emergency basis at all Atlanta Technical College campus locations. The Contractor will be required to respond to requests for service and to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and supplies necessary to maintain door operation in a safe and reliable condition. Services will include but not be limited to inspecting, repairing, adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, repairing and replacing the following items: doors, sidelights, door hardware, door closures, glass, automatic door operators, door associated trim parts and other parts as needed at all campus locations. All of the Atlanta Technical College buildings, classrooms, restrooms, common areas and all office doors shall be included under this maintenance contract.
